Boston Principal Fellows receive a stipend (amount to be announced) during the fellowship year. In accepting the stipend, Fellows agree to work in the Boston Public Schools for three years after completing the fellowship.

Fellows pay a one-time fee of approximately $500 to cover the cost of books and materials associated with the fellowship coursework.

Fellows have the option of receiving a master's degree from a university partner for successful completion of residency and course requirements of the fellowship. The cost of this option is the responsibility of the Fellow.
