Boston Principal Fellowship (BPF) is a one-year urban principal preparation program developed as part of Boston’s aggressive commitment to whole school improvement. The 12-month experience offers Principal Fellows intensive training in effective teaching and learning and school leadership through hands-on, in-school experience and course work in school leadership and whole school improvement.
