The New Principal Support System provides structured support to all first- and second-year principals that responds to their immediate needs and ensures their success and retention. This support balances just-in-time training with strategic problem-solving, and creates a safe learning community for new principals to develop their skills together and learn from one another and more experiened colleagues.
