  • New School-Based Administrator Support System
  • Courses, seminars and modules
  • Instructional Leadership Institute (Click here for more information about this initiative.)

Alignment with District Initiatives

The content of coursework addresses the Dimensions of Principal Leadership, which guides instructional leadership strategies within the district. The pedagogy focuses on linking theory and practice; drawing on course participants' experiences in their schools and the best practices of their colleagues; and connecting these experiences to the research and theory about the most important elements of effective school leadership.
